Reversals are the red-headed stepchildren of The Birkman Method. Almost everyone wants to avoid them, worries about them and has a tough time interpreting them.
The truth is, Reversals are some of the Birkman’s most helpful scores. According to the statistics, Reversals only show up in 10% of the population. This means that the person who has Reversals does not see him/herself reflected in others’ behaviors. People with Reversals feel misunderstood in the area in which they have those scores. THEY NEED THE BIRKMAN’S HELP!
